Spring Early Return (Spring 2025)

Students planning to return to campus housing prior to the start of the Spring 2025 semester (between January 12 - 17) must submit the Spring Early Return Form.

  • Log in to the Housing Portal and click WINTER BREAK.
  • Deadline: 4pm Monday, December 16, 2024.
  • Cost: $100

Note: students must be continuing in housing from the Fall semester to submit the Early Winter Return form. Students new to campus housing for the Spring will move in when the residence halls reopen in January (see Moving In for dates/times).

Sponsor Form

Students involved in programmatic activities may submit the Spring Early Return Sponsor form. This may apply to Spring NSOP Orientation Leaders, varsity athletes, etc.

Returning to Campus in January

Students must scan their Student IDs at their residence hall front desk to enter the residence halls in January.

Students who receive Mid-Year Room Changes will move into their new Spring room (i.e. will not return to the Fall assignment). Information about signing for new room keys will be shared with students who receive room changes.
