Interviews

International students who will be visiting campus should contact Johanna Fishbein.

Personal interviews are recommended but not required for first-year applicants.

You may be able to arrange an interview when an Admissions counselor is visiting your area. Please consult our list of fairs and school visits and be in touch with Johanna Fishbein to try to set up an interview.

On-campus interviews are generally available for high-school seniors Monday through Friday from June through mid-December. Saturday interviews are available during the fall semester only. Please click here for more information.

Alumnae interviews are available to students who are unable to visit campus
and interview with an admissions staff member.

While we make every effort to accommodate all interview requests, not all students will have the opportunity to meet with an alumna. Students who do not live within convenient driving distance of an alumna may be offered a telephone interview. Please note that interviews are not a required part of the Barnard application.
