BCIT Service Desk

Faculty and administration users may direct computing and network questions or problems to the BCIT Service Desk. 

To contact the BCIT Service Desk, please choose from these options:

  • Submit a Service Desk ticket at https://barnard.service-now.com/.
  • Send an email to: help@barnard.edu.
  • Call (212) 854-7172 (extension 4-7172 from a campus phone).
  • Visit the BCIT Service Desk on the first floor of Lehman Hall, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Note: ServiceNow may be used to check the status or comment on an existing ticket.
