Reporting Hiring and Salary Information Policy

Career Development requires employers to inform us of all offers of employment that are extended to students in order to ensure that we maintain accurate statistics regarding student employment.  Organization’s employment records are kept strictly confidential and used only for statistical reporting purposes.  We ask that employers provide:

• Name of Organization
• Branch/Department
• Geographic Location
• Position Title(s)
• Position Type (i.e. full-time, part-time, internship, volunteer, fellow, etc.)
• Length of employment
• Time commitment
• Paid or Unpaid
• Salary (if applicable, including stipends, hourly rates, etc.)
• Number of Barnard student Resumes/Applications received
• Number of Barnard candidates interviewed in 1st round
• Number of Barnard candidates interviewed in 2nd Round
• Number of Offers extended to Barnard candidates
• Number of offers accepted by Barnard candidates
