When will the Diana Center officially open? |

The building opens doors in January 2010, for the start of the spring semester. |

A variety of events are being planned to mark this special opening. The ribbon-cutting dedication is scheduled for February 3rd. A community open house event is in the works for that same week, and another major opening party is being planned for May 2010, with the arrival of warmer weather. |

Which administrative offices will be in the Diana Center? |

The Diana is the home to the following administrative offices: College Activities, Diversity Initiatives, and Student Computing. |

Which student offices? |

The Student Government Association (SGA) has its office on the third floor of the building. There is also a Student Group Meeting Room on the main floor. |

Which academic departments? |

The Architecture and Art History Departments, along with Visual Arts. Studios, classrooms, and department offices are located on the fourth and fifth floors. |

What lounge areas will be available? |

There is the Commuter Lounge and a TV lounge. Casual lounge areas on located on LL2 (Theater Level), LL1 (Event Level), and the main floor, second floor, and fifth floor. |

The roof opens in the spring and yes, students will have access to it during monitored hours. |

What food options will be available in the Diana? |

Liz’s Café, formerly known as Java City, serves coffee, tea, and light fare on the main floor. The Cafeteria, on the second floor, is open for lunch (with breakfast hours in the works) and serves a full menu, including everyone’s favorite brick oven thin crust pizza. Vending machines are located throughout the building. In addition, catering arrangements can be made through Special Events. |
