The week of NSOP wouldn’t be possible without all of the individuals who help plan and implement the program. We have full-time administrators who oversee the program, a student committee who helps plan the individual events, and crew chiefs and orientation leaders who help make the program come to life by staffing events and introducing new students to campus life.
Applications Due: Sunday, April 8, 2012 at 10pm

Orientation Leaders (OLs) welcome new students and ease their adjustment to Barnard and Columbia. Additionally, as members of Orientation crews, they help implement Orientation programs by fulfilling crew assignments, for which they must be available throughout Orientation. The work they do during NSOP includes setting up, running, and breaking down all assigned events and helping new students move into their rooms. They also participate in all activities during NSOP to ensure that resources are constantly available to new students.
