Instructions for Dean Young’s Appointment Calendar:
Once you have attended a General Information Session (please see the Study Abroad Calendar), you can make an individual appointment with Dean Young using the Study Abroad online Google appointment calendar. Instructions for the calendar are below. Dean Young’s Office is located in 10 Milbank Hall.
- Appointments slots will be put up on Friday for the following week.
- To sign up for an appointment, click on the link above. Once on the calendar, click on the 20 minute appointment slot that works best for your schedule. Once you click on the appointment, a box will pop called “Book an Appointment”. In this box, in the description section please put your name, semester you plan to/did study abroad, and if you know, the location you'd like to study abroad.
- Walk in hours are on a first-come first served basis. Please DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WALK IN HOURS.
- Please sign up for one slot only. Don't forget to cancel your appointment if your schedule changes. You can cancel the appointment by clicking on the appointment in your gBear calendar. A box should pop up with a link that says “Cancel your appointment”. Please choose the option to NOTIFY YOUR GUESTS when you cancel an appointment so our office knows.
- If you have already met with Dean Young and have a form that you would like to have signed, please drop-off the form in the Provost's Office (110 Milbank) and come back for it a day later.
