gBear, Barnard’s implementation of Google Apps for Education, includes a new calendaring feature that enables you to set time slots on your calendar for others to reserve.
For example, faculty members can reserve a block of time during their office hours, offer this time to students as either a single appointment or as time slots for multiple appointments, and then simply direct their students to the appointment page. Students visiting the appointment page can schedule themselves into the available time slots.
