If you want to view the manual for your Ricoh mfp, go to the Ricoh Downloads web site. Fill in the requested model number (such as 3350B) and check Manual. You can find the model number for your Ricoh on the front of the copier or in this configuration spreadsheet. Documentation for some Ricoh mfp’s may be available in HTML or PDF format. - Training
Contact Print Services if you want to schedule training on any of your Ricoh’s feature. Training works best in groups of 3-7 people.
