The Selection Committee will review applicants materials as they are received and offer interviews to the top candidates. Please know that this will be a rolling process and that you will be contacted only if you are being offered an interview.
Our top candidates will be offered a phone interview. This will be a conversation with two current Hall Directors and/or a member of the Selection Committee. Through this conversation we will learn more about your experiences and what you are looking to gain from the position.
The top candidates from the phone interviews will be extended an on-campus interview. These interviews will be approximately half a day in length and will include interviews with current Resident Assistants, Hall Directors, Associate Directors, and Residential Life & Housing Staff.
For those that are unable to travel to campus, a phone interview, or Skype video chat option is available.
