Something wrong in your room, suite, or hallway? Follow the links below to get connected with the proper departments for repairs:
Facilities
Fill out the web form available on eBear (click <Community>, then <Online Form>, and then <Facilities Work Order> on the sidebar). Visit Submit a Work Order (on the Facilities website) for more information.
For 110th Street only: Please fill out a work order form (available on the GHD's door, Apt 4O) and turn it in to the GHD or slip it under the door of 4O. For emergencies only (burst pipe, etc), please go directly to the Front Desk.
Phone problems
If you have a problem with your room phone, please email help@barnard.edu to submit a Repair request.
To request that your voicemail be reset, email housing@barnard.edu with your name, room number, and phone extension.
For 110th Street only: Please call the CUIT Client Service Desk at x40000 for any phone repairs or questions.
Internet problems
Fill out the web form at http://barnard.edu/resnet/report.html or call Student Computing Services at 347-694-4694.
Laundry problems
Please report broken machines and card problems to tediMatts at 888-246-4545 to expedite the process. Or, come to the Housing Office (110 Sulzberger) or email housing@barnard.edu.
