| Location | 616 West 116th Street (between Broadway and Riverside Drive) |
| Population | 181 upperclass students, mostly Seniors. The building also has some non-student tenant apartments. |
| Room Layout | Singles and double rooms in 4 - 6 person suites. (floor plans) |
| Furniture | Bed, desk, chair, dresser, and wardrobe/closet space. |
| Security | 24-hour desk attendant at the front desk. |
| Internet | All rooms have ethernet jacks for wired internet access. Wireless internet access will be available this Fall. |
| Cable | Students may arrange cable TV service with Time Warner Cable for a fee. |
| Telephone | One telephone per room, equipped with one voicemail box. |
| Bathrooms | Each suite has its own bathroom. |
| Kitchens | There is a kitchen in each suite, with a sink, gas stove/oven, and refrigerator. |
| Laundry | Located in the basement. |
| Accessibility | Entrance is wheelchair accessible through the front door. Elevators stop at all floors. |
| Common Areas | TV lounge (with piano) and computer lab, available for all 600, 616, and 620 residents. |
| Staff | Associate Director, Graduate Hall Director, and 4 RAs. |
