Double–sided Printing

The lab printers are set to print double–sided (duplex) by default. To print double–sided, follow these instructions:

• Mac Word:
  Click File–Print–Select “Duplex” under the “Copies and Pages” toolbar–select the option “Print on Both Sides”–then Print.
  
  OR: File–Print–Select “Layout”–Click “Print on Both Sides” with long–edged binding
  

• MS Word:
  Click File–Print–Properties–Click on “Finishing” tab–select “Print on Both Sides”–then Print.
  

How to Print From Your Room

You may send printing jobs from your networked personal computer to be printed on a lab NINJa printer. You must physically go to the lab to enter your password into the NINJa computer in order for your documents to print. Any jobs that are left unverified by password will be deleted after 2 hours.

Missing the Driver for the Lab Printers?

If you do not see the HP laserjet driver listed in your print menu, go to the HP website for the HP 4350 (for 616B printer ONLY) and the HP 9050 (for all printers except 616B) and scroll down to view a list of two software/driver descriptions. Click on the "download" button, save the installation file to your computer, and run the installation. The printer should now show up in your list of available printers.

Printing on Both Sides

To print on both sides of the paper, continue to the end of the CUIT NINJA Printing Instructions for your operating system. Instructions also vary by printer and program.
