Hayden M. Greene is the Director of Leadership Development. He has been with Barnard since Fall 2008. Hayden coordinates the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) and he supervises the Leadership Lunches, the Forum, First Year Programming, and the Diana Desk Staff. Hayden also advises the First Year and Sophomore Class Councils. He is a Brooklyn resident and is a true 'Barnard Man'! He loves photography, movies, and music.

Jessica Robles earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Psychology in May 2010 from Hofstra University. She credits her extracurricular experiences at Hofstra with providing the foundation for a career in student affairs. She loves the curiosity and energy of college students, and hopes to assist students in reaching their full potential. Currently, Jessica attends Teachers College, Columbia University. She is a candidate for a master’s degree in Higher and Postsecondary Education. She is passionate about reproductive health issues, women’s empowerment, non-fiction books, cooking, pilates, and belly dancing.
