We are a forum for considering the world through the works and words of living artists.
Based at Barnard College in Manhattan, New York City, the Barnard International Artists Series is a forum that considers the world through the works of contemporary artists and thinkers. Every year we invite artists: writers, filmmakers, dancers, dramatists, visual artists, architects and composers from all over the world to speak about and show their work. The series was founded by its principle curator, the novelist, Hisham Matar.
ALL EVENTS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
