Prof. Alan Dye comments on companies bringing back former leaders

In a "Marketplace" article about the possibility of bringing back the Los Angeles Lakers' retired coach Phil Jackson, economics professor Alan Dye comments on the reasons that other companies have reinstated former leaders. An excerpt:

"When do companies look back to go forward," says Alan Dye, professor of economics at Barnard College, "when the company has taken a wrong turn and the board decides they need a leader to return the company to its original vision and core strength."
