Broadcast Emails

The procedure for sending a broadcast email varies depending on the audience you wish to send to. Depending on the audience, you may also have different options for the kind of emails you may send (plain text or HTML).

Send a broadcast email to:

Alumnae, Parents and/or Donors

In order to make the College's broadcast email communications as effective and efficient as possible, we ask that you submit your email request through the email request form.

Students, Faculty and/or Staff

Broadcast emails to students, faculty or staff are sent through eBear and must be text only. Subject lines should be kept under 50 characters in length.

Students

To send an email to all students, or a subset of students, please contact the Dean of Studies office.

Faculty

To send an email to all faculty, please contact the Office of the Provost.

Staff

To send an email to all staff, please contact Human Resources.

Other Audiences

If you wish to send broadcast marketing emails to lists of subscribers you have collected yourself, please contact Electronic Communications about setting up a Campaign Monitor account for you.

Please note that Campaign Monitor has fees for sending mass email and will require a credit card to create an account and send an email campaign.
