Something wrong in your room, suite, or hallway? Follow the links below to get connected with the proper departments for repairs:
Fill out the web form available on eBear (click <Community>, then <Online Form>, and then <Facilities Work Order> on the sidebar). Visit Submit a Work Order (on the Facilities website) for more information.
For 110th Street only: Please fill out a work order form (available on the GHD's office door, 11K5) and turn it in to the GHD or slip it under the door of 11K5. For emergencies only (burst pipe, etc), please go directly to the Front Desk.
If you have a problem with your room intercom (Quad, 600s, Elliott, & Plimpton), please email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a Repair request.

Please report broken machines and card problems to the Residential Life & Housing office (110 Sulzberger), email email@example.com, or call 212-854-5561. Please make sure you include your name & room number and the location & nature of the problem.
