eBear

eBear is a set of secure, web-based applications which allows Barnard faculty, students, and administrators to access internal online resources not available to the general public. eBear applications are personalized to present each user with unique and relevant academic, administrative and support resources.

Accessing eBear

If you have not yet done so, please Activate your Barnard Account.  Once you activate your account and receive your Barnard username and password, you can log in to eBear.

If you have trouble accessing your eBear account with the username and password given to you, please refer to our eBear troubleshooting tips.

Changing Your Barnard eBear/gBear Password

Once you set up your eBear account, be sure to change your password to a secure, but easy-for-you-to-remember password. We also suggest changing it every 6 - 12 months.

See the Passwords section of our website to learn how to change the password to your eBear and gBear accounts.

If you have forgotten your password, or for some other reason are locked out of your eBear/gBear account, please contact us and we will reset your password for you. This process can only be done during Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 5pm and you will have to speak with our administrator.
