The Glicker-Milstein Theatre is a state of the art black box theatre located on lower level 2 of the Diana Center at Barnard College. The theatre functions as an artistic space and provides priority access to the Barnard College Theatre Department as well as SGA recognized organizations. The theatre is also available for programming to other Barnard/Columbia academic departments as well as outside/off campus groups.
The Glicker-Milstein Theatre is available for programming during the academic year (mid August to mid May) from Monday through Friday, 6pm – 12 midnight and on Saturday, 9am – 12 midnight. During the summer months (mid May to mid August) the GMT is available for programming from 9am – 12 midnight Monday through Saturday. The theatre is closed on Sunday.
The Theatre Coordinator of Student Life is responsible for all facets of programming (including scheduling in the GMT year-round. In addition, the TC is to act as advisor to all recognized student performance groups scheduled to use the GMT. Any faculty member or group interested in using the GMT should first contact the Theatre Coordinator for a general overview of theatre policy and procedure.
