- Barnard x Rheaply Competition
- Throughout the month of November, Barnard & Rheaply are hosting a competition to spur extra circularity practices on campus. The competition will have two winners. The first winner will be top user on the platform- AKA the user with the highest points earned from completing a profile, making posts/listings, and making/completing offers. The second winner will be from a raffle- every item posted on the platform is a raffle entry.
- Winners will receive a $50 gift card to Book Culture!

- Climate Onscreen with the National Resource Defense Council's Rewrite the Future
- On Tuesday, November 15th from 7-9pm, join Columbia University School of the Arts, Columbia Climate Imaginations Network, and NRDC’s Rewrite the Future for a panel discussion on climate storytelling in film and TV. Hear from Hollywood creators and climate experts, then join the conversation with an audience Q&A.

- BC: Health and Wellness Farm Trip Sunday November 6th to Monday November 7th
- The Office of Sustainability and Climate Action and The Francine A. LeFrak Foundation Center for Well-being is offering a farm-based health and wellness overnight trip. We will be spending two days at Closter Farm and Livestock Co., an organic regenerative farm located in Closter, NJ. Attached here is the application if you are interested. Space on the trip is limited! There is no cost for participation, however, we are asking for a deposit (cash or otherwise) that will be fully refunded if you cancel by November 4th or attend.
- This will be a great opportunity to engage in learning about food, health, and wellness in an interactive and creative space.
- Sustainable Halloween Costume Competition
- Did you make your own Halloween costume this year? Or did you source parts of your costume from second hand clothing stores? If so, submit your costume to our Sustainable Costume Competition by November 1st for a chance to win a gift card to a local restaurant of your choosing!
