Are You Barnard Bound?
Barnard Bound 2020: A virtual experience from October 16-18, 2020
What is Barnard Bound?
Barnard Bound provides a taste of Barnard College for promising young women who are current high school seniors, attending school in the U.S., and self-identify as students of color (which we define as individuals from Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latina, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian, bi- and multi-racial backgrounds).
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Barnard Bound will take place virtually this year! Students will be able to participate in sessions across three days, with programming lasting 2-3 hours each day. Participants will hear from current students about their intersecting identities at Barnard, participate in admissions workshops, and learn about Barnard's unique approach to the liberal arts.
How do students register for Barnard Bound?
Register for Barnard Bound today
Please note that unlike in past years, Barnard Bound is not application-based. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If Barnard Bound is full, please check back later as more registration slots may open up if participants cancel their registration. In the meantime, we recommend that you register for our Fall Open House programming! Taking place October 19-23, Fall Open House will allow you to explore the four pillars of our identity as a College.
