Meeting and spending time with students is one of the best ways to identify talent for your organization. The Employer in Residence Program brings together students and recruiters/representatives for pre-scheduled appointments. Employers are able to share expert knowledge about careers in their industries. These sessions offer students the opportunity to meet with representatives in a one-on-one setting for learning and networking.
The program affords our employer partners access to a larger student population, and the opportunity to generate additional applications to job postings.
