Barnard alumnae who are exploring or executing a return to work are invited to participate in this compelling conference! Join fellow Barnard and Columbia Alumni and many others to learn the most effective return-to-work strategies and meet employers and programs interested in career relaunchers.
Expert guidance, concrete direction, and the opportunity to connect with interested employers — that's what you can expect at the iRelaunch Return-to-Work Conference. It’s a one-day event specifically designed to meet the needs of experienced professionals returning from career break and the employers and programs interested in recruiting and updating them. It’s YOUR relaunch, and new breakout sessions added this year will let you customize the event to your particular goals.
The Conference hosts professionals who’ve taken time from their careers for many different reasons: to care for children and parents, accommodate a partner’s job relocation, pursue volunteer opportunities or personal interests, address a personal health issue, etc. Why you took a break (or how long you’ve been out) doesn’t matter. What matters is finding practical, actionable and relevant guidance for returning to work with a purpose, and the Conference offers this and more.
This event is produced by iRelaunch, led by CEO Carol Fishman Cohen, TED Talk speaker and co-author of the acclaimed career reentry strategy book, Back on the Career Track.
Early bird registration discount through September 1.
This event sells out every year so please register early.
If you have questions about the conference, or would like to make a career counseling appointment in advance of attending, contact Christine Valenza Shin '84, Alumnae Counselor, at 212.854.2033 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
