Submit a Request: Writing/Messaging

The writing department works to create a consistent “voice” for the College. To help achieve this, assistance is available on a vast array of writing projects —text for printed materials, website copy, spoken remarks, strategic messaging, event titles and descriptions, etc.

If you would like help with your writing project please complete and submit the Writing Request Form.

A few important tips to keep in mind:

  • If your project is new or a major reworking of an earlier piece, we suggest you make an appointment to discuss the project with the head writer.
  • Samples of earlier versions or examples of a related project are always useful. Please submit them along with your form.
  • Please be mindful of your project deadline and allow sufficient time for the process (remember that drafts may be required). Because there are many writing projects happening concurrently, it is a good idea to get on the schedule as soon as you know your writing needs.
  • For materials that require use of the Design, Print, and Production team, please be sure to contact Production Director Lisa Buonaiuto.
