In Songzhuang, China, a newly formed arts community outside Bejing, unlicensed taxi driver, Lao Jin, drove the artists who live there. After shuttling together, all of them, famous and poor alike, sign his car. Writer and filmmaker Xu Xing teamed up with Italian filmmaker Andrea Cavazzuti to make a documentary about Lao Jin. Xu and Andrea came to Barnard in November of 2012 to present their documentary on how the movement in which Lao Jin is involved represents change in Chinese society and art as a whole.
