Julius S. Held Lecture Hall, 304 Barnard Hall

The panel presents the research experiences of students in the upper-level seminar Environmental Leadership, Ethics and Action in Barnard’s Science and Public Policy Program. This course focuses on environmental leadership development through real-time learning experiences using digital media as a teaching tool. Student research is blogged weekly on Columbia University’s EdBlog website. Top student blogs will be showcased in Natural Resource Defense Council’s (NRDC) online environmental blog OnEarth and in Consilience: The Journal of Sustainable Development, a global, interdisciplinary, online, student-run journal based at Columbia University.

The Barnard Speaking Fellows provided panelists with coaching for this event.

This community event is open to the public.
