Focusing on the emerging intersectionality of American theatre, a panel of theatre artists and leaders — Jonathan McCrory, director of theatre arts at the National Black Theatre; Roberta Uno, director of Arts in a Changing America; and Mia Yoo, artistic director at La MaMa — consider the practices of activism and collaboration diversifying the contemporary American stage. Curated by Marina Chan ’17CC as part of the Asian Americans in Theatre: Art and Activism series, and co-sponsored by the Barnard College Department of Theatre Stages of Inquiry series and Asia Society Performing Arts Department.
