New York Cares Volunteer Orientation

Friday, January 27, 2012
12PM to 1PM
Held Auditorium, Barnard Hall 304

New York Cares is New York City's largest volunteer organization, running volunteer programs for 1,200 nonprofits, city agencies and public schools.
All new volunteers with New York Cares need to attend a quick and easy orientation session that will introduce them to New York Cares' year-round volunteer opportunities.  New York Cares will be hosting volunteer orientation sessions right on Barnard’s campus each month this Spring 2012 semester (future orientation dates are February 24th, March 23rd and April 27th).
It is recommended that you pre-register for this orientation session via New York Cares' website.  Create an account with New York Cares and pre-register for the session here.  This session is open to all members of the Barnard College and Columbia University communities as well as to the public.
The orientation session is hosted by the New York City Civic Engagement Program.
