Saru Jayaraman is an outspoken leader in the food labor movement and Co-Founder of Restaurant Opportunities Centers United (ROC United), a national organization dedicated to raising the minimum wage for restaurant workers and to fighting for workplace justice in the restaurant industry. She is a best-selling author and social activist and she is here to share her story with you — join us!
