We have invited TMI Project (a nonprofit that teaches true storytelling and live performance workshops) to lead three, 2-hour storytelling workshops (virtually) to guide participants through exercises designed to help explore personal experiences in a new light by writing about them, boldly. The workshops support change at individual and community levels and help people to fight shame and stigma. These workshops will focus on storytelling and writing as forms of healing. Storytelling is a means for sharing and interpreting experiences. Studies have shown that writing about one's personal experiences can be both healing and empowering. Before the workshops, TMI Project will present an evening of storytelling to introduce their powerful program. We invite you to join us and TMI Project for a live performance + Q&A webinar on Tuesday, February 9th from 6-8pm for anyone interested in learning more about TMI Project and what the workshops are like.Register here for the live performance + Q&A webinarThis series of events is made possible by the Inclusion Grant sponsored by the Council on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, which helps fund projects and events that foster and enhance inclusion efforts across the Barnard community and exemplifies the priorities of diversity, equity and inclusion Virtual Barnard College barnard-admin@digitalpulp.com America/New_York public
