Email Print Services or call 212-854-2087. Please provide your machine BAR# from the front of the machine, a full description of the problem (including any error codes), and a contact name, phone, and email.
Toner is provided at no additional charge by Print Services. Always have your machine ID with you when requesting toner. The ID is printed on a label on the front of the copier (e.g., BAR22).
Do not replace the toner until a Ricoh messages tells you to do so. Then remove the toner bottle carefully, following instructions. Place the toner cap from the new bottle onto the empty bottle and bring it to Receiving in 108 Altschul for recycling. Load the new toner carefully. Never force it in, as this may damage the machine.
Never respond to a sales call to purchase copier toner. These are costly scams. If you start asking questions, the caller will hang up on you, so you may as well hang up first!
