Happy October! I hope you have been able to settle into the semester and still get outside to enjoy this beautiful weather. This month, Feel Well, Do Well @ Barnard is focusing on wellness behaviors.
In keeping with the spirit of “Your Wellness, Your Way,” we are offering a number of opportunities to practice wellness and connect with each other. Whether it is our Community Walk in Riverside Park on Thursday, Oct. 17, our Teaching Kitchen event for students on Thursday, Oct. 24, or any of the many other activities going on around campus this month, we hope you take time to restore your energy and learn some new skills.
