The following email was sent to Barnard students on Nov. 27, 2018:

Dear Barnard Community,

Last year, the Department of Public Safety, with support from the Emergency Management Committee, launched a successful presentation on life safety that is intended for all members of the Barnard community.  This important presentation covers such topics as fire safety, active shooter response, and general emergency responsiveness. Barnard maintains a strong commitment to better prepare for, respond to, and mitigate emergencies affecting our campus community and we need all of you to be our partners.

We hope you will join us at an upcoming presentation, and come prepared with any questions you may have.

YOUR ROLE IN LIFE SAFETY: A PRESENTATION FOR THE BARNARD COMMUNITY
