As the days become shorter, and exams and school projects start coming due, many of us may see a change in our moods. Feeling overwhelmed, lethargic, or just exhausted are very common this time of year. Feel Well, Do Well @ Barnard is focusing on mood awareness this month and is offering a number of programs to help you step away from the causes of your stress and restore your energy, as well as lift your mood.
