The PCHS will be open for urgent care walk-in visits on a limited basis for students participating in NSOP starting on Monday January 11th. All non-urgent care visits (ex. referrals, contraceptive management, medication refills, physical exams, etc.) will begin on Tuesday January 19th. PCHS is open for administrative support from 9am-4:30pm during Winter Break.

Barnard students can be seen for URGENT health care only at Columbia Health during winter break while Primary Care is closed. Barnard students seen at Columbia Health will be charged an up-front per visit fee of $75, which may be reimbursable by your health insurance. All non-urgent matters (ex. prescription refills, referrals, physical exams, routine GYN exams, chronic conditions) should be addressed

Barnard students can also be seen for URGENT health care only at CityMD at 88th Street & Broadway. Insurance copays/fees will apply; and, if you opted out of the Barnard Aetna Student Health Insurance you may require a referral. Students with Aetna Student Health Insurance do not need a referral during winter break. For all others, call your insurance company to verify your benefits and see if you require a referral before scheduling an appointment.
