The residence halls will be closed for Winter Break beginning at 9am on Friday, December 19, 2025, through 9am on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Students needing temporary or continued access to the residence halls during the break must submit the Winter Break Housing Form.
- Log into the Housing Portal and click WINTER BREAK
- Deadline: 4pm Friday, November 21, 2025
- Cost: $1500
Students must have a campus room assignment for both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters to be eligible for Winter Break Housing.
- Fall residents not returning for the Spring must move out by 9am on Friday, December 19, 2025.
- Students new to campus housing for the Spring will move in when the residence halls reopen in January (see Moving In for dates/times).
Students who sign up for Break Housing may be required to temporarily relocate to a different residence hall for the Winter Break period.
