Facilities problems
Submit a Facilities Work Order Request (for an issue in your room/suite/floor)
- You'll log in with your Barnard account
- Columbia students living in a Barnard res hall only should login here with their UNI.
For emergencies (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm), please contact Facilities Services directly at 212-854-2041. For emergencies only after hours, please call the CARES Emergency Phone Line at 212-854-6666.
FOR 110th STREET ONLY: Please fill out a work order through the BuildingLink system (if you didn't receive information about it when you move in, please check in with your RA or the Community Director). For emergencies only (burst pipes, etc), please go directly to the Front Desk.
