Join the Columbia Startup Lab!
Each year, the Columbia Startup Lab welcomes alumni entrepreneurs from all of Columbia’s schools - including Barnard.
Applications for the Barnard seat in the 2024-2025 cohort are currently open, closing Friday, April 12, 2024.
If you're a Barnard alum or a graduating senior who is ready to commit to working on your venture full-time, apply here. If selected, you'll receive tailored programming and the support of a vibrant community of Columbia-affiliated entrepreneurs - and your seat will be subsidized by Athena. (You'll pay the reduced rate of $275/month and we'll cover the rest.) Equally importantly, we'll amplify your work, connect you to other alum entrepreneurs, and involve you in our own amazing community of Barnard entrepreneurs right here on campus.
Note that this is a one year opportunity, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year.

About the Columbia Startup Lab
CSL is Columbia University’s recent alumni co-working space located on the ground floor of 69 Charlton Street. It is a cross-school initiative between Columbia Entrepreneurship, Columbia Business School, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, Columbia College, Columbia School of Public Health, Law, Barnard, Data Science Institute, and School of International & Public Affairs.
In its ninth year, the CSL has been the “corporate headquarters” for more than 500 Columbia-founded ventures. The space is administered by Studio by Tishman Speyer and includes furnishings (desk and chair), WiFi, water/coffee, cleaning/maintenance, and access to common facilities across the global network. CSL also provides ongoing workshops, office hours, networking events, and community-building activities to help resident ventures advance their businesses.
