Fun Facts
Why did you choose to work at Barnard?
Barnard was transformative for me as a student, and I wanted the opportunity to help other students discover what the College might make possible for them. I loved working with Admissions as a student representative, so returning to Barnard as an Admissions Officer felt like a meaningful way to give back to a community that has given me so much.
What is your favorite book?
Picking one is impossible; some of my favorites include World War Z by Max Brooks, The Tunnel by Ernesto Sábato, and Midnight in Mexico by Alfredo Corchado. I tend to bounce between science fiction, history, psychology, and an alarming amount of nonfiction.
What is your favorite thing to do in NYC?
Going to the movies! I’m very loyal to the in-person cinema experience, especially when I can turn it into a double feature and walk around the neighborhood afterward to talk through and reflect on what I just watched.
What is your favorite place on campus?
The Diana Center. There’s always so much going on, and I love how it can feel completely different depending on the time of day! Somewhere to grab food, meet up with people, attend an event, or just rest between activities.
What is a random fun fact about yourself?
I’m a huge Formula 1 fan and will happily talk about racing with anyone who gives me the opportunity.
