Available below is information about our student insurance plans.

2026-2027 Insurance Information

• Aetna student health insurance information via University Health Plans.
• Annual waiver form if you would like to opt out of Aetna student health insurance. Please note that the deadline to opt out for the 2026-2027 academic year was August 28, 2026. Waivers to opt out for the Spring 2027 semester only are to be determined.

Fees

While there is no fee, or co-pay for visiting the Primary Care Health Service, regardless of insurance, you may be charged for some medications, vaccines and tests and for missed appointments.

Medications

• We maintain a small dispensary onsite for commonly used medications for which there is a charge.

Lab Testing

• All in-house laboratory testing is performed by LabCorp.

• If you have outside insurance, please be aware of the in-network lab services covered by your insurance.

• The PCHS does not bill insurance directly for labs. LabCorp will bill the insurance.

Medical Records

• Current students may receive a copy of their medical records at no charge.

• Former Students/Alumni are required to pay an additional fee for mailing or faxing records. $1.00 for mail or fax Delivery with the United States and $2.00 for international mail or fax delivery.
