Joanne Delgadillo (she/her)

Joanne (she/her) supports the Office of Inclusion & Belonging as Chief of Staff, and is currently serving as the Interim Nondiscrimination & Title IX Coordinator in the Office of Nondiscrimination. Through strategic vision and leadership, she collaborates with senior staff, student leaders, and departments across the college to cultivate an inclusive campus by advancing a holistic approach focused on engaged learning for the entire community (students, staff, faculty, alums, and neighbors).

She has been at Barnard for over ten years and held various roles across departments. 

Before joining Barnard, Joanne served as the cultural attaché and executive assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at the Consulate General of Venezuela in New York. Joanne is a Fulbright Scholar and CUNY alumna holding a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Latino Studies and Spanish Modern Language as well as an M.A. in Political Science with a focus on Urban Policy & Education.
