Nicole Ricci

Nicole Ricci is a Masters Student in Comparative and International Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. She is passionate about Peace and Human Rights Educations and helping to shape empowering curriculum to develop forward-thinking, engaged students within positive and innovative learning environments. She looks forward to exploring this area throughout her time at TC and working at Barnard. She graduated from Western University in April 2017, with a degree in Genetics and a minor in Microbiology and Immunology and from the University of Ottawa in 2019 with a Bachelor of Education. She has spent the past two years as a Science teacher in the United Kingdom. She is originally from the small town of Kingsville, Ontario, Canada situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie. In her free time she loves to read and run.
