At the Beyond Barnard Fall 2026 Opportunities Conference, employers will have the chance to hire from a community of 3,000 Barnard College undergraduates, as well as participating students from Columbia University. You'll also be able to participate in a day of conversation — with students, faculty, staff, alums, and fellow employer guests — centered on AI and the Future of Work. Throughout the day, join Beyond Barnard staff for "Career GPS" — workshops designed to meet the career exploration needs of students across class years.
The format of the Beyond Barnard Career Conference is one of the most distinctive aspects of the event. Students have the chance to learn about opportunities and career paths from visiting employers, graduate institutions, and alumnae of the College.
