External Groups

All our event spaces and classrooms are outfitted with audio visual technology and our team will work with you to make sure that you have the necessary support for your conference or event.

We have a range of classrooms to fit your daily event needs, so whether you are planning a two day conference or one month summer camp our team will work with you to find the best classrooms that are most suitable to your program objectives. Our classrooms have a capacity of up to 50 or 100 occupants and room seating styles that include banquet, u-shape or lecture styles. 

We have event spaces with a capacity that ranges from small to large. Our spaces can be transformed to host your opening plenary, cocktail reception, orientation, science fair or professional development.  Our event spaces can accommodate a variety of event types such as: roundtable workshops for 18 to 40 guests; small to medium-sized conferences for up to 200 guests and banquets for up to 400 attendees.

Dine on campus in our Hewitt dining hall or order catering from our catering menu. Our dining department will work closely with you to curate a special catering menu for your attendees.

Guests will stay in one of our air-conditioned halls with access to campus wifi, lounges and free laundry on-site.  As safety and peace of mind are paramount to us, our residential buildings are staffed with a 24 hour access attendant at the entrance of each building.
