The Office of Nondiscrimination and Title IX is currently operating remotely and is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed on holidays).

We are excited to introduce Dr. Elizabeth Scott-Francis, the new Director of Nondiscrimination and Title IX. She comes to Barnard from Juilliard where she was Assistant Director, Office of Residence Life, and served as a member of the Title IX team. Dr. Scott-Francis will join the College in January.
