Information for new prospective & admitted students
Due to possible restrictions by the Federal government on domestic travel, we urge students who have left belongings in their rooms to make remote arrangements with third parties rather than travel themselves to campus to pick up their belongings, especially if their return to campus would involve domestic air travel.

-- If your information has changed, please re-submit the Housing Response Form on the Portal.
-- For example, please resubmit the form if you have had a third-party pack & remove your belongings.
CHECKING OUT OF YOUR ROOM
-- Complete a check-out envelope at your res hall Front Desk
-- Turn in your room keys via the check out envelope
-- If you left campus without turning in your keys, please mail them to the address below and include your name & room number inside the envelope (In order to be eligible for a refund, the envelope must be postmarked by March 30, 2020).

ACCESSING YOUR ROOM TO REMOVE YOUR BELONGINGS
To have any third party (family, friend, moving company, etc) be able to access your room in your absence to pack and move out your belongings, please fill & submit the form available on the Packing, Moving, and Storage webpage.
* The form is not needed if you are on campus to let them into your room.
VISITORS TO CAMPUS
Effective Monday, March 16, with the exception of move-out assistance, students are not permitted to have any visitors (short-term daytime or overnight) in the residence halls.
