CE&I Advisory Committee
The CE&I Advisory Committee connects the campus and community to active, sustained community engagement.
The committee is composed of a diverse range of stakeholders, including community colleagues, staff, faculty and students. These individuals were selected based on their experience with and commitment to supporting community-college partnerships and collaborations. The purpose of this committee is to assist in the continued development of vision and civic action plan to further support and sustain engagement between Barnard and its community partners.

Campus Compact
CE&I is a member of Campus Compact. Campus Compact is a membership organization dedicated to advancing the public purpose of higher education and civic engagement. Membership with Campus Compact demonstrates Barnard’s commitment to civic and community engagement on a national and global level. It adds value for students by developing their civic skills, deepening their ability to think critically, and engaging with real-world community challenges through a larger network of a national network of resources and programs that are designed to address critical issues confronting higher education today.
