General Construction

Much of the important work that the Capital Projects and Facilities team does involves the renovation of campus spaces and the maintenance of existing buildings, including those on campus and in the surrounding Morningside Heights area. Recent projects include the renovation of new space in Milbank Hall for the Center for the Study of Child Development, which includes Barnard’s Toddler Center, and conducting Facade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) work on many of the College’s residence halls.
