Hi Everyone,
I hope your semester is off to a strong start. We know with the Feel Well, Do Well @ Barnard initiative that wellness and self care are unique and personal to each individual.
Please take a look at this month's video to hear from three of your fellow classmates and leaders in our community on how they practice wellness and where they go to rejuvenate themselves. Also, please come by to visit the office of Well Woman, the office featured in this month's video. Hours are Monday through Friday 1-4 p.m., and Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings 7-9 p.m.
